If you are experiencing a delay in seeing your charge events, please allow 10 days for the system to update before contacting support.
We’re committed to providing the most up-to-date information and are working diligently on resolving the delay. In the meantime, BGE will continue to receive accurate home charging data from your vehicle and you will remain eligible for program benefits.
