How do I qualify for the EV TOU monthly bill credit?
You earn credits for every kWh you charge your EV during off-peak hours. The credit amount depends on how much you charge during these times.
When will I receive it?
Credits appear on your bill the following month. Please allow 1-2 billing cycles for the credit to show up.
Look for it under "Other Charges and Credits" on your bill statement. Here is a screenshot below for reference:
When Are Off-Peak Hours?
• June - September: 8 PM - 10 AM
• October - May: 11 AM - 5 PM and 9 PM - 7 AM
Off-peak rates also apply during weekends (all day) and Holidays (New Year's Day, President's Day, Good Friday, Memorial Day, Independence Day, Thanksgiving, Christmas, and the following Monday if a holiday falls on a Sunday). Actual savings vary based on your charging habits. Learn more here.
